We are more likely to know if early check-in is available at least a day before you arrive. Since we need to pay for more cleaners, please note that early check-in has different rates not more than half of the previous night if you'd prefer to check-in between 10am to 12 noon.
Early check-in within 12 noon to 2pm will be at $100
Early check-in 2pm onward before 4 pm will be at $60.
Please inquire with our property manager if you'd like us to set you up for early check-in.
Guest access
The guest has pretty much have access everything.
Other things to note
Upon booking, one of our property managers will reach out to you and will offer a call for guest verification. We do this to ensure that we build a mutual understanding with our guests in relation to the property that they booked.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to everything in our house rules.
If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street
signs to know when street cleaning days are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.
We have surveillance cameras in the exterior of the house for our mutual safety.

- inside garage by the entry door points to the garage to make sure garage door is closed for guests safety. It is recorded when motion detected only.
- Exterior garage points at the driveway and the street 24hr recording.
- Front door exterior ring. It is recorded when motion detected only.
