Monica Luu is an entrepreneur, designer, and hospitality professional with a passion for creating memorable spaces and exceptional guest experiences.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Poland, Monica grew up in an entrepreneurial family that owned multiple clothing boutiques and a wholesale footwear company supplying major retailers throughout Europe, including Carrefour. From 2009 to 2015, she played an active role in the family business, gaining hands-on experience in merchandising, product selection, visual presentation, customer service, and business operations.

Monica later earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she further developed her eye for design, branding, and consumer experience.

Today, Monica is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Brilliant Stay, a Southern California hospitality and property management company specializing in vacation rentals and guest accommodations. She oversees operations, interior design, staging, guest experience, marketing coordination, and quality control across the company’s portfolio of properties throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
