Lings place was amazing! Close to LAX and major freeways. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Love the place, spacious, just like the pictures, great furniture and design layout. Beautiful property and very sweet host. If you’re coming for family time or R&R this place is perfect. Host is a little paranoid about parties and other uses which we weren’t there for. So it didn’t matter but the excessive anti party rules might steer you away if you plan on having guests and being up late. Great location to get to Santa Monica and Venice, pool was clean, kitchen very nice, kids liked the game room. All and all great choice for me and my family.
