The Fireplace is capped off for safety reasons.

Elegantly designed with a spacious floor plan enough to host a large group of 6.

Completely NEWLY remodeled recently with NEW installed AC, NEW electrical wirings, and upgraded plumbing with tankless water heater. Get cozy with your family and friends as one of the bedroom acts as a den without doors and you will need to walk though it to access the other two bedrooms. Unwind on the sunny side patio with a cup of coffee or refreshing beverage in the morning before heading off to enjoy the local attractions.

Sleeping arrangements: we allow maximum of 6 people in the house

Master bedroom 1 = 1 Queen bed = sleeps 2 people
Guest bedroom 2 = 1 Queen bed = sleeps 2 people
1 Queen Air Mattress = sleeps 2 people
Futon couch = sleeps 1 to 2 people

We are more likely to know if early check-in is available at least a day before you arrive. Since we need to pay for more cleaners, please note that early check-in has different rates not more than half of the previous night if you'd prefer to check-in between 10am to 12 noon.
Early check-in within 12 noon to 2pm will be at $100
Early check-in 2pm onward before 4 pm will be at $60.

Please inquire with our property manager if you'd like us to set you up for early check-in.

Guest access

Everything is for the guests use except the garage where the owners keep their personal things.

Other things to note

Pets are allowed in this property and our pet fee is $199 per pet per trip that will be charged upon booking confirmation.
Please let us know what kind of pet you will be bringing and its breed so we can prepare the cleaning team.

Upon booking, one of our property managers will reach out to you and will offer a call for guest verification. We do this to ensure that we build a mutual understanding with our guests in relation to the property that they booked. We also ask our guests to sign a pool waiver for safety and precaution only.

By confirming your booking you acknowledge and agree to everything in our house rules.

We have surveillance cameras in the exterior of the house for our mutual safety.

Noise monitoring device (this device does not record rather it only has a decibel meter)

If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street
signs to know when street cleaning days are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.

NOTE:

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and followed up with us and asked how our stay was going. We felt very well taken care of.

2 of us rented this house for 2 nights over NYE so that we could host some friends for an early dinner. The place was extremely clean and the host was communicative. The backyard was beautiful and I wish we could have used it more, but we ended up having to leave early due to an emergency back home. We’re elder millennials, so I think this place might be more targeted towards a bit more of a younger crowd as there was really nothing in the kitchen that could be used to cook a nice meal. I was proactive and brought my own knives, pans, etc, so it wasn’t an issue, but if someone was looking to actually use the kitchen, they might struggle.
Overall, the place was safe and clean and the host was communicative.

This was our third time staying at this lovely location. We have come to feel quite at home here. We hope to return again soon.
The we appointed house is located on a quiet street, within walking distance of the lovely center of diverse, indie Long Beach, 4th Street.
Tranh ís a very responsive and warmly supportive host
