The Vacation Home Referral Program is only eligible to persons with a U.S. tax identification number who refer a homeowner that (a) signs an Brilliant Stay vacation rental management agreement with a term of at least one year, and (b) Brilliant Stay has the property listed on its website for at least 30 days, where the subject property is located in a state that permits payment of referral fees to unlicensed persons. If the referring party is a licensed real estate agent in the state where the subject property is located, please reach out to brokerage team Info@brilliant-stay.com for more information on our Agent Partners Program.
States that prohibit or severely restrict providing compensation for real estate contract referrals to unlicensed individuals include, but may not be limited to: AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, D.C., GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY.
