We were in the Long Beach area on business. This house was exactly as advertised. The rules, check in instructions and other information was clearly communicated by the host. Monica was always proactive with information and quick to respond when we had questions. Our event was on the waterfront near the Queen Mary and the house was about 20 minutes. This house met our needs and we would definitely book again when in the Long Beach area.
